- We accept the following payment methods:
PayPal, money order, cashier's check and echeck
(e-check will be held up to 7 business days
before shipping).
- Payments are expected within 7 days after
the last winning auction is closed. "Unpaid Item
Dispute" will be filed with Ebay upon
non-receipt of payment.
- After you won the auction, an email with
checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay
registered email address.
- If you are bidding on multiple auctions,
please wait until all of the auctions have
ended, and complete the checkout from the most
recent email that you received from ebay.
- Once you have completed the checkout, you
will not be able to combine any additional
auctions.
- Note to Residents of California: 8.25% Sales
tax will be added to your winning bid.

- We ship to USA and Canada address via U.S.
Postal Service ONLY. The following places are
available too: AA (APO/FPO), AE (APO/FPO), AP
(APO/FPO), Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and
US Virgin Islands.
- We offer $1 off combined shipping discount
on each additional item.
- For multiple purchases, Ebay checkout system
will determine the S&H based on shipping
profiles shown in each auction whichever is
higher. All additional shipping discounts will
be applied automatically.
- Combined shipping is only limited to the
item listed under the seller account:
WowPartsPro.
- The item will be sent to your address listed
in the PayPal. Please verify your address during
checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong
or undeliverable addresses.
- We usually process your order on next
business day. A shipping notification email will
be sent out to you too.
- We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax
when Ship-To address is in California.

- All items carry a 30-day warranty.
- If the item is dead on arrival or defective upon arrival then we will exchange it.
- All shipping charges for returned products are to be paid by the customer.
There are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you contact us for a RMA #, you send the item back to us with the address we provide, and make sure that the item is in the same condition that you received it.
- Shipping & Handling fee is non-refundable in any case.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
